This guy drove though a Korean toll booth with no pants or underwear on. After he gave the toll booth lady his money he grabbed his wiener and waved it around a bit.
I know there are many reasons to be driving around with no pants on and your fireman hanging out, but, almost all (I want to say all but that might be wrong) Korean toll booth workers are woman. So, he was just a creeper asshole.
They haven’t caught the guy yet, if you happen to be driving around Korea and see a guy driving around with his schlong out, please report it to the authorities. Do not confront himself, he is suspected to be baby armed and dangerous.

After Mrs. Blacktruck translated the whole video for me, that was basically what the lady at about 2:00 is saying. It seems like a pretty common thing, which sucks for those women.
